Great British Bead Show Booking Form

Selection Process

We hold a draw for the Masterclass and any other class that is oversubscribed.  To be eligible for the draw your completed form must reach us by 4th December 2010.  Bookings received after this deadline will be allocated on first come first served basis.  Details of any remaning places will be posted on the website.  Confirmation of places will be sent by 31st January 2011.  You will also receive information about your chosen workshops and class requirements lists.  If you are not able to obtain these materials before you come to the class, materials will be available from the Show Shop at the hotel from Friday morning onwards (please note, this service will not be available on Thursday).

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or change your booking up to 4 weeks before the event, please get in touch with us. We will offer a full refund of your class(es).After that time we regret there will be no refunds and you will be charged for your hotel room if we cannot fill your place.  Please do let us know if you are unable to come at the last minute, if we have a waiting list as in previous years, we can offer your place to someone else.

Venue

The Beadworkers Guild will be handling the bookings for accomodation on behalf of the hotel, so please indicate on the booking form the accomodation you will require. Full payment for hotel accommodation should be made directly to the hotel at the end of your stay.
