To be fair to everyone we hold a draw for the Masterclass and any other class that is oversubscribed. To be eligible for the draw your completed form must reach us by the deadline of Saturday 1st December 2012. Bookings received after the deadline will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Confirmation of places will be sent to you by 31st January 2013 with details of how to get to Staverton Park Hotel. You will also receive information about your chosen workshops and individual class requirements lists. If you are not able to obtain these materials before you come to class, do not worry as materials will be available from the Show Shop at the hotel from Friday morning onwards (please note, this service will not be available on Thursday).
Details of any remaining places will be advertised here on the website.
Class sizes will not exceed 16, but if minimum numbers are not achieved for any particular class, we reserve the right to cancel that class and refund you all monies paid or to transfer you to another available class of your choice.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your booking up to 4 weeks before the event, please get in touch with us. We will offer a full refund of your class(es). After that time we regret there will be no refunds and you will be charged for your hotel room if we cannot fill your place. Please let us know if you are unable to come at the last minute. If we have a waiting list as in previous years, we can offer your place to someone else.
