Great British Bead Show Booking Form

The class selection process is by draw to be fair to everyone. To be eligible for the draw your completed form must reach us by 6th December 2009. Bookings received after the 6th December will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Confirmation of places will be sent to you by 31st Jan 2009 with details of how to get to the Daventry Hotel. You will also receive information about your chosen workshops and individual class requirements lists.

The Beadworkers Guild will be handling the bookings for accomodation on behalf of the hotel, so please indicate on the booking form the accomodation you will require. Full payment for hotel accommodation should be made directly to the hotel at the end of your stay.
